oh my goodness. i posted this on my old greatest journal four years ago. it's so amazing that people are still reposting this.

every time i see this, i just want to weep for this young man and his family. :[ because of some peoples' cruelty and ignorance, this young life was stolen. it's just terrible.

i think it would be really sad and unfair for his memory to be forgotten like this - i mean, people are still getting bashed because they're loving somebody else [because that's what they're doing after all! i don't think race, age or gender really does matter. you love somebody, and that's what counts].

some people just don't get the concept of love and life - and that's sad.

You're right, it is important. I can't even comprehend that, it just... it's not that I don't care, because hello, GAY HERE, I feel very strongly about things like this. But when it comes to death, it's hard for it to sink in. Like, how could such a terrible thing happen? But they do happen, every day. :(
